- Payment by bank transfer to the account number that will be provided to you by email when your registration is received . You must indicate as the concept 'NAME and SURNAME OF THE PERSON and NAME OF THE ACTIVITY/ROUTE' . Payment must be made a maximum of 48 hours before the date of the activity. Registration will be effective once proof of payment is received by email or WhatsApp (email and telephone number listed below).
- Places are limited. In case of cancellation, please inform info@muntanyainatura.org or call 628 91 16 19 to free up your place.
- The minimum group to do the activity/route is stated in each of the activity sheets. If the minimum group of participants to carry out the activity is not reached, the organization reserves the right to cancel it. In this case, we will contact you to refund 100% of the amount paid or save the amount for another outing.

- For closed groups that want a private outing, you can make your request through the contact form , by email to info@muntanyainatura.org or by calling 628 91 16 19 .
Before participating in any of the Mountain and Nature activities you must fill out the "service contract" which will be sent to you by email once you have registered.
