Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose The gift vouchers from Muntanya i Natura allow the beneficiary to enjoy hiking activities and guiding services offered by the company. By purchasing a gift voucher, the buyer accepts these terms and conditions. 2. Validity Each gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. After this period, the voucher expires and cannot be used or refunded. 3. Reservation and use The gift voucher is only valid for activities included in the Muntanya i Natura catalogue. To use it, it is necessary to make a prior reservation through our website or contact channels. The activity is subject to the availability of places and confirmation by the organization. 4. Transferability The gift vouchers are transferable and can be used by a person other than the one initially indicated. They are divisible: they can be used in more than one purchase or activity until their amount is exhausted. 5. Refunds and exchanges Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the chosen activity has an amount lower than the value of the voucher, the difference will not be refunded. The remaining amount will be kept for another activity. If the activity has a higher cost, the beneficiary must pay the remaining amount. Once the recipient has chosen an activity, no amount will be refunded if the cancellation of the activity is communicated 7 or less days in advance of the activity. 6. Activity conditions The carrying out of the activities may be subject to meteorological, security or organizational factors. In the event of cancellation by Muntanya i Natura, the voucher will continue to be valid within the period established for making a new reservation. The participant must meet the physical and age conditions established for each activity. 7. Liability Muntanya i Natura is not responsible for the loss, theft or destruction of the gift voucher once delivered. Misuse of the voucher may lead to its invalidation. 8. Applicable law These terms and conditions are governed by current legislation in the Spanish State.
